The study, which in our hands aims to determine the reality of investigative journalism in light of technological developments, international data, and rampant corruption in many sectors, and the interactive role of the media in developing investigative journalistic work represented by the WikiLeaks site, which formed a new pattern for this type of journalism that invested on websites and social networks The study concluded that the WikiLeaks website has a new emission for the practice of investigative journalism and the development of digital investigation.

Title: Organizational support and its relationship with job involvement among Sonatrach employees Authors: Lakhdari, Djamel; MOKRANI, Hachemi Abstract: The aim of this research is to identify the determinants of organizational support and its relationship with job commitment among Sonatrach employees. The researcher followed a descriptive analytical approach, as it is appropriate to the research topic, which is based on studying the reality or phenomenon as it exists in reality, and focuses on describing it accurately to obtain information that answers the research questions without interference from the researcher. The current research found a statistically significant relationship at the 0.05 level of significance between the determinants of organizational support and job commitment among Sonatrach employees with variables such as gender, educational level and years of experience. The study recommends that Sonatrach adopt concepts that reflect dimensions of organizational justice, which would be reflected in the behaviour of understanding performance levels among its members. This can be achieved by promoting concepts of transparency and fairness and linking them to duties through open meetings that facilitate the dissemination of direct and positive relationships and provide employees with the opportunity to participate in decision-making, especially those related to their work. This would make them more accepting and responsive to these decisions, which in turn would be reflected in their performance of their duties. The study also emphasizes the importance of neutrality and integrity in all administrative procedures and decisions, which requires distancing from personal or narrow partisan interests

Title: L’écriture académique des étudiants et les problèmes de plagiat : Quelles solutions pour l’Université ? Authors: Dourrari, Lakhdar Abstract: Résumé : À l’ère du digital, le copier-coller serait devenu une pratique courante dans les rédactions scientifiques et académiques. Cela va du mémoire de fin d’études à la thèse, en passant par l’article. Il est même possible de faire la commande d’un mémoire ou d’une thèse sur internet, c'est d'ailleurs le cas de beaucoup d'étudiants qui se contenteraient de commander tout le travail sans y prendre part. Le plagiat académique sévit dans de nombreux pays, dont l’Algérie; il est considéré comme une grave menace à la fiabilité des diplômes des établissements universitaires. Avec Internet, trouver des informations et les recopier est devenu, aujourd’hui, un jeu d’enfant. Il suffit de savoir quels sites à consulter pour trouver et partager du contenu lié au sujet de la recherche. Ce phénomène compromet sérieusement le niveau d’enseignement des étudiants et modifie les principes de la recherche scientifique. Il favorise l’immobilisme et jette le discrédit sur tous les chercheurs. Ainsi, l’avenir économique et politique du pays est mis en danger et une culture de corruption risque de s’installer; les apprenants terminent alors leurs études en n’ayant acquis que peu de compétences et contribuent donc moins à l’évolution de la recherche scientifique.
