Abstract

the environment is the place in which living organism live . however, it has become subject to some violations of its natural resources, wich made it vulnerable to attrition by natural and moral persons, it can rise to the level of crimes that are characterized by a technical peculiarity from other crimes, this prompted the algerien legislator to intervene to limit these behaviors and by enacting a set of procedure for criminal follow-up in envirenmental crimes commensurate with the privacy of thesr crimes, it is noted the substantive rulrs of the criminal law are the procedure in order to achieve criminal protection for the minor by relying on deterrence and criminal follow-up. Environmental crimes are sharing many provisions in their procedural split. However, it is distinguisged by special rules related to person who are qualified to control the environmental crimes, as well as the mithods of initiating the public lawsuit.
