Abstract

Due to the seriousness of the crimes of corruption on the one hand; and on the other the scientific and technological development in various fields, led to the lack of adequate methods of research and traditional investigation in the detection and reduction of crime. This led the Algerian legislator to develop the appropriate strategies by replying on modern methods of investigation to combat crimes in general and corruption crimes in particular? These methods are legitimate, surrounded by a number of legal controls to ensure that the inviolability of private life is violated in electronic surveillance penetration and controlled delivery.
