تحليل نتائج الانفاق الحكومي في الجزائر الفترة 2000-2014م

Abstract

شرعت الجزائر مع بداية سنة 2001م في تطبيق حزمة من البرامج التنموية الضخمة الهادفة الى انعاش النمو الاقتصادي والتغلب على العوائق والنقص المسجل في الهياكل القاعدية وبيئة الاستثمار وزيادة التكامل بين قطاعات الاقتصاد المختلفة وإيجاد المحيط الملائم لاندماج اقتصادها في الاقتصاد العالمي، حيث تحاول هاته الورقة تحليل النتائج الاقتصادية المرتبطة بسياسة الانفاق العمومي ضمن الأهداف الكبرى للسياسة الاقتصادية اجمالا. At the beginning of the year 2001, Algeria began implementing a package of huge development programs aimed at reviving economic growth, overcoming the obstacles and shortages recorded in the basic structures and investment environment, increasing integration between the various sectors of the economy, and creating the appropriate environment for the integration of its economy into the global economy. This paper attempts to analyze the economic results. Related to public spending policy is among the major goals of economic policy in general.
