Abstract

يعد النفط من المصادر الرئيسية للطاقة في العالم لكنه يعتبر من الثروات الزائلة، لذلك بدأ العلماء في البحث عن بدائل للوقود الأحفوري سميت بالطاقة المتجددة أو البديلة ، وهذا ما اعتمدت عليه الجزائر حينما أبدى المختصون بتوقعاتهم حول مصادر الطاقة الحالية التي هي في طريقها نحو النفاذ بعد عقود ثلاثة على الأكثر مما يتوقع أن ينجم عليه أزمة خطيرة، ورغم أن احتياطات الجزائر المخزونة من البترول تسمح لها بمواجهة هذه الوضعية لعدة عقود إلا أن التوقعات فرضت عليها التفكير في إمكانية التحول الطاقوي واستغلال الطاقة المتجددة.
