| Abstract: | The study aims to identify university excellence initiatives applied in some European countries, France as example, we examined the heavy trends in higher education and the adoption of an international excellence strategy, we referred to the French project "Investment for the Future", especially the Excellence Initiative of the Sorbonne University. |
