آليات استغلال الحق المالي للمؤلف في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

يتناول هذا المقال، أحد شقي حق المؤلف، ونقصد به الحق المالي، حيث ينطوي تحت هذا الأخير، عدة حقوق هي : الحق في الاستنساخ، حق الإبلاغ للجمهور، حق التحوير. ولاستغلال هذه الامتيازات أو الصلاحيات نص المشرع على عدة آليات وهي : عقد التنازل، عقد النشر، رخصة الإبلاغ للجمهور. وهذا ما سوف نتطرق إليه حسب ما يأتي لاحقا. This article deals with the author's financial rights, according to the terms of the latter, includes several rights: the right of reproduction, the right to make public communication of the work, the right of adaptation. To exploit these texts privileges or legislative powers on several mechanisms: the assignment contract, publishing contract, the public communication license.
