Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى التعريف بالأبعاد الاقتصادية لحقوق الملكية الصناعية التي تساهم في التنمية، فاستغلال هذه الحقوق عن طريق التراخيص القانونية ، يؤدي الى الحصول على عائدات مالية تساهم في ارتفاع أرباح مالكي هذه الحقوق ، والذين يكونون في اغلب الاحيان الشركات التجارية ، هذه الاخيرة التي تعمل على المساهمة في خلق الثروة وتنمية اقتصاد البلدان المنطوية تحتها ، وهو ما نسعى للبحث فيه ببعض الشرح والتفصيل من خلال هذا المقال ، ولعل من النتائج المتوصل اليها هي أن حقوق الملكية الصناعية تتمتع بمكانة مهمة ومصدر قوة وديمومة في حياة المؤسسات والشركات التجارية الكبرى في العالم ، على اعتبار أن استغلالها يساهم بقدر كبير في التنمية الاقتصادية لهذه الشركات ونموها بل يساهم في تطور ورقي الدول الراعية لها .
