الأحـــــــزاب فـــــــــــي الجزائر: بين الخطاب السياسي وواقع المشاركة السياسية.

Abstract

تعتبر الأحزاب من الظواهر السياسية التي تحتل مكانة هامة في المجتمع باعتبارها حلقة وصل بين الشعب والسلطة السياسية، وتتحدد هذه الأهمية في جملة الوظائف التي تقدمها الأحزاب، تتمثل أساسا في وضع البرامج والسياسات الحكومية ومناقشتها والمنافسة على السلطة والأهم من كل ذلك تنشئة المواطن وتثقيفه سياسيا قصد تفعيل مشاركته في الحياة السياسية والربط بينه وبين مؤسسات الدولة، وهذا لا يتحقق إلا في ضوء عملية تواصل سياسي بين الأحزاب .والمواطنين من خلال خطاب سياسي قوي وفعال يربط بين الواقع والسياسة ويجعل من قضايا الشعب محور ارتكاز وبؤرة اهتمام Parties are political phenomena, they have an important position in society as a link between the people and the political power. This importance is determined by a range of functions of those parties, such as formulation and discussion of government programs and policies, competition for power, and above all the citizen's political formation, in order to activate its participation in political life and linking it with state institutions. This can only be achieved in the light of political process of communication between the parties and citizens through a strong and effective political discourse linking reality and politics and make the issues of the people a focal point and focus of attention.
