من المقاربة بالأهداف إلى المقاربة بالكفاءات في المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية: خيار الانتقال أم حتمية التغيير؟

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الراهنة إلى الوقوف على العوامل التي دفعت بالمنظومة التربوية إلى الانتقال من المقاربة بالأهداف إلى المقاربة بالكفاءات، وكذا تقديم منظور تقييمي لهذا التحول الذي مسّ النظام التربوي في الجزائر و سعت من خلاله إلى محاولة تفعيل دور التعليم حتى يستجيب لمتطلبات التنمية الحديثة. وبعد القراءات توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تبني المقاربة بالكفاءات هو خيار أملته الحتمية ويهدف إلى مواكبة تحولات العصر، وأن إشراك كل عناصر ومكونات الأسرة التربوية (الفاعلون التربويون) وأهل الاختصاص هو أمر ضروري من أجل الاستفادة الأمثل من المقاربة وتجسيد الانتقال النوعي المنشود والذي يظهر في صيغة المخرجات النهائية. The present study aims to identify the factors that pushed the education system to move from the pedagogy of objectives to the pedagogy of competencies, as well as to present an evaluation perspective of this transformation which has affected the education system in Algeria, and through which he sought to try to activate the role of education to meet the demands of modern development After the readings, the study concluded that adopting the pedagogy of competencies is a choice that is dictated by inevitability and aims to keep pace with the changing times, and that the involvement of all elements and components of the educational family (educational actors), and specialists is needed to make the most of the approach and embody the desired qualitative transition that appears in the Final Results format .
