إدارة المعرفة: دراسة في الآليات وتحديات التطبيق في المنظمة

Abstract

أصبحت المعرفة عنصرا هاما من عناصر التنمية يتعين على المنظمات إدارتها بهدف تنمية الإبداع والابتكار. وبناء على هذا الأساس يسعى هذا المقال إلى تبيان الدور المهم لإدارة المعرفة في تنمية الرأس المال الفكري وذلك من خلال التعرف على الآليات التي تعمل بها، غير أن تحقيق أهداف المنظمة وفق هذا المدخل الإداري تواجهه جملة من المشكلات والتحديات أثناء مرحلة التطبيق. توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة إعطاء أولوية قصوى لإدارة المعرفة ووضع استراتيجية لها ونشر ثقافة المعرفة لدى أعضاء المنظمة وتوظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتوفير البيئة المناسبة للابداع والابتكار في المنظمة. Knowledge has become an important component of development that organizations have to manage in order to develop creativity and innovation. Based on this basis, this article seeks to show the important role of knowledge management in developing the intellectual capital of the organization by identifying the mechanisms by which it operates. However, achieving the goals of the organization according to this administrative approach faces a number of problems and challenges during the implementation phase. The study concluded that it is necessary to give high priority to knowledge management, develop a strategy for it, spread the culture of knowledge among the members of the organization, employ information technology, and provide the appropriate environment for creativity and innovation in the organization.
