قراءة سوسيولوجية لظاهرة الفساد الاداري داخل التنظيمات

Abstract

يهدف هذا المقال الى التطرق للفساد الاداري كظاهرة سوسيوتنظيمية منتشرة في اغلب التنظيمات، اذ اصبحت سمة ملازمة لهذه الاخيرة وجزء من ثقافتها، فانتشار مختلف الانحرافات والممارسات غير العقلانية من شانه التاثير على فعالية التنظيم الرسمي وانساقه المختلفة.وضمن هذا السياق جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية في محاولة لتقديم قراءة سوسيولوجية للظاهرة، من خلال التطرق الى مفهوم الفساد الاداري وخصائصه وانعكاساته، بالاضافة الى المنظورات والمقاربات السوسيولوجية في تفسير الفساد الاداري: المنظور الاخلاقي، النظرية اللامعيارية، البنائية الوظيفية. This article aims to address administrative corruption as a socio- organizational phenomenon prevalent in most organizations, as it has become an inherent feature of the latter and part of their culture, the spread of various deviations and irrational practices that affect the effectiveness of the official organization and its various forms. this research paper came to provide a sociological reading of the phenomenon by addressing the concept of administrative corruption, its characteristics and repercussions, in addition to the sociological perspectives and approaches in explaining administrative corruption: the religious perspective; ethical perspective; non-normative theory; functional constructivism.
