Abstract

أدى الانفتاح الإعلامي في مجال السمعي البصري في الجزائر إلى ظهور العديد من القنوات الفضائية الخاصة التي تسعى لكسب المشاهد من خلال تقديم برامج ومضامين تلبي رغباته وحاجاته. ويمكن اعتبار القنوات الإخبارية أبرز أنواع تلك الفضائيات. لقد تمكنت القنوات الجزائرية الإخبارية الخاصة في مدة قصيرة أن تنافس القنوات الإخبارية العالمية في كسب مشاهدة الجمهور الجزائري بفضل تغطيتها للأحداث ونقلها للأخبار ذات الطابع المحلي والوطني وهو ما يهم المشاهد الجزائري ويلبي حاجاته. لكن في ظل هامش الحرية الإعلامية التي تميزت بها تلك القنوات مقارنة بالقنوات العمومية، واجه تلك القنوات الإخبارية تحدي مدى قدرتها على الالتزام بالقيم الإعلامية المهنية من موضوعية واستقلالية واحترام الخصوصية... The media openness in the field of audiovisual in Algeria has led to the emergence of many private satellite channels that seek to attract the viewer through presenting programs and contents that meet his wishes and needs. News channels can be considered the most prominent types of such satellite channels. In a short time, Algerian private news channels have been able to compete with international news channels to win the algerian public's viewing by covering events and reporting local and national news, which is of interest to the Algerian viewer and meets its needs. However, given the margin of media freedom that characterized these channels compared to public channels, a new challenge has emerged for these news channels, namely their ability to adhere to professional media values of objectivity, independence and respect for privacy...
