dc.description.abstract | This study is based on two important aspects, the first of which is theoretical, studies the literature on the subject and provides an integrated theoretical vision about public libraries and the extent to which they use social networks in marketing their library services. As for the second aspect, It is an application That amis to collect some answers to our questions frome the place of conducting the study, which is the main library for public reading, Boudrai Belkacem in Msila. For this propose, the descriptive analytica l méthode was used, and the standardized interview tool was used with the Library portfolios, documents and archives, in addition to observation. The extent to which the Public Reading Library, Boudari Belkacem, uses social networks in the marketing of additional services has been shown, until our study tried to find out whether the human element working in the library is able to provide the necessary services and modern methods in them in the library. This study also aims to identify the social networks on which public libraries depend in marketing their services, in addition to the services and advantages provided by e-marketing to libraries through social networking sites.
