أمنـنا الثقـــافي في ظل عالم متغــيــر

Abstract

تمثل الثقافة الدعامة الأساسية للمجتمعات والملمح الذي يختزل تاريخ وحاضر ومستقبل الشعوب والأمم، غير أنه وفي ظل التغيرات العالمية الراهنة خاصة في جوانبها التكنولوجية الاعلامية والمعلوماتية اصبحت الدول والمجتمعات العربية عرضة للهيمنة الثقافية وباتت مهددة في أمنها الثقافي حيث لعبت الثقافة الوافدة دور حصان طروادة في معركة الغزو الثقافي الممنهج، وعليه قُدّم هذا المقال بهدف بيان مفهوم الأمن الثقافي وأهميته، ومحاولة الكشف عـــن تداعيات ودلالات الخطاب العولمي في ظل عالم متسارع، والاستراتيجيات الممنهجة لتفكيك وإعادة بناء الوعي العربي وفق النظرة الغربية، ضف إلى هذا التطرق لأسس ومرتكزات الأمن الثقافي وسبل صناعته خاصة في الجزائر وقوفا في وجه محاولات التوجيه والمسخ والهيمنة الثقافية المادية الغربية. Culture is the cornerstone of societies. It is the sign that reduces the history of peoples and nations and their present and future. However, in light of the current global changes, Arab countries and Arab societies have become vulnerable to cultural domination and are threatened with their cultural security. Exotic culture played the role of a Trojan horse in the battle of systematic cultural invasion aimed at dismantling Arab consciousness and restoring its building according to the Western view. This article seeks to clarify the issue of cultural security by showing its concept and importance, as it attempts to uncover the implications of the global discourse and its implications in the shade of an accelerating world, and to describe the systematic strategies to dismantle the Arab consciousness and rebuilding it according to the Western perspective. In this article we will try to address the foundations and pillers of Cultural Security, and its making means, especially in Algeria, standing in the face of the guidance and devious attempts, and of the Western cultural and materialistic domination
