dc.description.abstractThis article deals with an aspect of the agricultural policy taken by the colonial administration in Algeria after the World War II, as it decided to take many reforms on the sector of agriculture. In order to find a solution social and demographic problems ( unemployment, poverty, hunger, healthy,…). This step was not for the benefit of the Algerians people, but rather in order to exploit them for the benefit of the French economy. In the agricultural for the Algerians it has planed several projects, one of this is named Rural Amelioration Sectors. Based on this, we raise the following problem: How did this project appear? Where was it settled? What are its goals? What are its consequences?en_US
