Abstract
The indictment chamber is a judicial body at the level of each judicial Council with
investigative jurisdiction and other non-investigative powers, and is competent to
adjudication of appeals by the investigating judge, control of temporary detention and
power to release detainees, as well as the lifting of censorship To the accused in case of
failure to respect the legal deadlines, and the indictment Chamber has the right to issue
decisions in relation to the case, and may issue a decision not to face to continue in the
absence of sufficient evidence in return, the Chamber shall issue the referral decision to
the competent judicial authorities, as to the other terms of reference It is to control and
make decisions against the work of the judicial police. In addition, the Chamber is
competent to adjudicate conflicts of jurisdiction between judges, adjudication of forms
of execution and adjudication of requests for judicial rehabilitation, and dismissal of
requests for restitution of reserved items.
