Abstract
Migration is an old human phenomenon related to social and cultural realities, and its indirect motives are multiplied by fighting the Arabic language, fighting the Islamic religion and fighting Arab education, but its direct motives were economic, political and social reasons, as well as factors that contributed to the emergence of the elite, namely, france's policy in Algeria and all that the brains brought through their migration to the interior and abroad, in addition to the scientific and cultural aspect of journalism, associations, clubs and the role of scientists and teachers in the formation of educated elitist, as well as The Algerian students had a journalistic and scientific activity carrying their ideas, as France had a position on their activity, which it fought by all means to prevent it, some of whom denied it and some of them imposed severe sanctions on it, and Abdelhamid Ben Badis played a role in changing the course of the national movement alongside bashir Brahimi through their activities in the assembly.
