Abstract

تتناول هذه الأطروحة، الموسومة بـ "إصلاح الكتابة العربيّة بين القديم والحديث في ضوء اللّسانيات الحاسوبيّة"، قضية محورية تجمع بين التراث اللغوي والتحديات التكنولوجية المعاصرة. وتنطلق الدراسة من إشكالية مركزية تتمثل في كيفية التوفيق بين ضرورة الحفاظ على أصالة نظام الكتابة العربية وإرثه الحضاري، والحاجة الملحّة لتطويره وتكييفه لمواكبة متطلبات العصر الرقمي، مع معالجة إشكالياته البنيوية والتاريخية. وبتحديد أدق، تسعى الدراسة للإجابة على سؤال: كيف يمكن توظيف اللسانيات الحاسوبية لتقديم رؤية إصلاحية متكاملة للكتابة العربية تعزز من كفاءتها الرقمية وتحافظ في الوقت ذاته على هويتها الجوهرية؟ وللإجابة على ذلك، تطرح الأطروحة فرضية أساسية مفادها أن اللّسانيات الحاسوبية، بما تملكه من أدوات تحليلية دقيقة ونماذج رياضية، تمثل المدخل العلمي الأكثر فعالية وشمولية لمعالجة الإشكاليات المعقدة للكتابة العربية، متجاوزةً قصور المقاربات التقليدية؛ وتفترض الدراسة أن تحقيق التوازن بين تحديث النظام الكتابي والحفاظ على هويته التراثية أمر ممكن من خلال تطوير حلول تقنية ذكية ومبتكرة تستجيب لخصائص اللغة الفريدة بدلاً من فرض نماذج مستعارة. وللتحقق من هذه الفرضية، اتبعت الباحثة خطة منهجية انطلقت من مدخل تأسيسيّ يؤصّل لمفاهيم الكتابة العربية وتطورها، ثم ثلاثة فصول رئيسة؛ حيث خُصص الفصل الأول لتشخيص إشكاليات الكتابة العربية وتقييم جهود إصلاحها قديمًا وحديثًا. وتناول الفصل الثاني اللسانيات الحاسوبية كأفق معرفي ومنهجي واعد لتطوير الحرف العربي رقميًا. أما الفصل الثالث، فقد ركز على عرض تطبيقات عملية لكيفية معالجة الإشكاليات المحددة (مثل الهمزة، وتعدد صور الحرف، والتّشكيل) عبر التقنيات الحاسوبية المتقدمة. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج تكاملي يجمع بين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في رصد تاريخ الكتابة وجهود إصلاحها، والمنهج النقدي في تقييم تلك الجهود، مع الاستقراء التاريخي والتحليل اللساني، والاستعانة المنهجية بأدوات ومفاهيم اللسانيات الحاسوبية كإطار رئيسي للتحليل واقتراح الحلول. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من أهم النتائج، أبرزها إثبات الفعالية المنهجية للسانيات الحاسوبية في تقديم تحليل علمي دقيق ورؤية إصلاحية متكاملة تتجاوز الحلول الجزئية. كما أكدت النتائج على مرونة الكتابة العربية وقابليتها للتكيف مع البيئة الرقمية شريطة تطوير أدوات تقنية مبتكرة تحترم خصوصيتها اللغوية. وانتهت الدراسة إلى أن تحقيق التوازن بين الحداثة والأصالة ليس ممكنًا فحسب، بل هو السبيل الأمثل لضمان حيوية اللغة ومستقبلها الرقمي. Abstract: This thesis, titled "Reforming the Arabic Script between Tradition and Modernity in Light of Computational Linguistics," addresses a pivotal issue that bridges linguistic heritage and contemporary technological challenges. The study originates from the central problem of reconciling the need to preserve the authenticity and cultural heritage of the Arabic writing system with the urgent necessity of adapting it for the digital age, while addressing its structural and historical issues. More specifically, it seeks to answer: how can computational linguistics be utilized to provide a comprehensive reform framework for the Arabic script that enhances its digital efficiency while preserving its core identity? To answer this, the thesis posits a core hypothesis: that computational linguistics, with its precise analytical tools and mathematical models, represents the most effective and comprehensive scientific approach for addressing the complex issues of the Arabic script, overcoming the limitations of traditional approaches. The study also hypothesizes that achieving a balance between modernizing the writing system and preserving its heritage is possible through the development of intelligent, innovative technical solutions tailored to the language's unique characteristics, rather than imposing models borrowed from other languages. To verify this hypothesis, the researcher followed a methodological plan that began with a foundational introduction establishing the concepts and evolution of the Arabic script, followed by three main chapters. The first chapter was dedicated to diagnosing the issues of the Arabic script and evaluating past and present reform efforts. The second chapter examined computational linguistics as a promising cognitive and methodological framework for the digital development of the Arabic script. The third chapter focused on presenting practical applications for addressing specific issues (such as the hamza, multiple character forms, and diacritics) through advanced computational techniques. The study adopted an integrated approach, combining a descriptive-analytical method to trace the history of the script and its reform efforts, and a critical method to evaluate those efforts. This was supported by historical analysis, linguistic analysis, and the systematic use of the tools and concepts of computational linguistics as the primary framework for analysis and proposing solutions. The study arrived at several key findings, most notably demonstrating the methodological effectiveness of computational linguistics in providing a precise scientific analysis and a comprehensive reform vision that transcends partial solutions. The findings also confirmed the flexibility of the Arabic script and its capacity for adaptation to the digital environment, provided that innovative technical tools that respect its unique linguistic characteristics are developed.
