dc.description.abstractOur study deals with the subject of human resources management in the libraries of the university of setif 02and relied on the descriptive approach with the aim of conducting an analysis of an intentional sample represented by the sttaf of the university of setif 02 library. Which consists of 10 employees we used to collect data from the observation . interview and questionnaire. On the most important results we reached is that the university of setif02 library lacks a special interest in humans resources management that organizes and attracts employees. And it does not consider its extreme importance very seriously. The results also revealed the existence of a number of obstacles and limite the application of human resource management in the library whether on the administrative or organizational side of the library. There are sings of success in using it in varying proportions between the sample parties. And that by Using the library an comprehensive and ambitous programmes to devlop the human resource based on scientific and practial foundations.en_US
