Abstract

Information and communication technology has brough t about a new wave of higher education institutions, especially from their libraries, as they contributed to the development and improvement of information and affected the level of service provision provided to the restorer, so e-services replaced traditional services, and came with new ways and methods inprovide this service. From this point of view, this study sheds light on the impact of information and communication technology on University library service, where this study is divided into five chapters: The first chapter revolves around the methodological aspectof the study, and the second chapter deals with a generalintroduction to information and communication in termsof its concept, importance, characteristics and most importantc omponents.
