Résumé: This study aims to provide a theoretical and practical framework on the role of formation in achieving organizational creativity by clarifying the various theoretical concepts related to formation and organizational creativity, by studying the reality of the application of formation and the dimensions of organizational creativity in the Al-Fatah Foundation the Industrial Fibers Unit in Barika, in order to determine the relationship between formation and organizational creativity. The field study at the Al-Fatah Foundation the Industrial Fibers Unit in Barika. The questionnaire was used as a tool for applied study. Sixty-seven forms were distributed to a random sample of workers at the Al-Fatah Foundation and the Industrial Fibers Unit Company , 61 of which were subject to analysis, analysis of information obtained and testing of study hypotheses. The results were based on statistical programming (V26,SPSS). The following results were finally reached: - The study sample members agreed with a high level on the application formation in Al-Fatah Foundation the Industrial Fibers Unit in Barika; - The study sample members agreed with a high level on the application of organizational creativity Al-Fatah Foundation the Industrial Fibers Unit in Barika; - There is a weak correlation between formation and organizational creativity Al-Fatah Foundation the Industrial Fibers Unit in Barika; - There is an impact of the application of formation in achieving organizational creativity Al-Fatah Foundation the Industrial Fibers Unit in Barika.
