Résumé: The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of electronic human ressources management in the University Center Si Al-Haouès Barika. The research follows a descriptive method to achieve the objectives of the study, we rely on a questionnaire which was designed and distributed to the employees of the University Center Si Al-Haouès Barika- Batna. The sample are 40 employees from a population of 85 employees, It uses a 5-point Likert scale. Scale was chosen because it is considered one of the most widely used scales for measuring opinions and for its ease of understanding and the balance of its scores. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences SPSS version 23.0. The study reached the following most important results:  The key to the success and effectiveness of organizations is related to the extent of their application of electronic human resources management.  Electronic Human Resources Management: The administration that depends on the application of technological means in human resource management transactions.  The application of electronic human resources management leads to raising the performance and productivity rates in the organization.  The concept of electronic human resources management is not clear to some employees of the Barika University Center.  The internet connection that is currently available at the university center is not considered sufficient in practice to implement the electronic management project.  The University Center Si Haouès Barika still relies on the traditional method of presenting job applications.  The University Center Si Haouès Barika still relies on the traditional method of interviews, tests, attendance and departure registration, and performance evaluation.  The staff at Si Haouès Barika University Center have the willingness and ability to develop.
