dc.description.abstractThis research evaluate the performance of the workers of university library. The aim is to value the effect of performance of the central library workers on the run of the library. This study includes theoretical part which contains two chapters. The first Chapter is an introduction to university library and the second one is about the evaluation of workers of university library. The study field is the central university library of Batna. We use the descriptive method to study the community of the library including central university workers. It is our sample of study because it suits the topic of this research. We also use a questionnaire as the main tool to gather data. The obtained results show that the evaluation of workers of library can be done using applied study. By the end of this paper, we give some recommendations that may help to find the necessary mechanism to apply the evaluation of workers in the field of university libraries in general and specially the university central library of Batna .en_US
