Abstract

شهدت السنوات الأخیرة اهتماما متزایدا بالبیئةوانعكاساتهما على المجالات الاقتصادیة والاجتماعیة وتفشي ظاهرة الفقر والحرمان، مما أدى بالمجتمع الدولي إلى تشجیع زیادة الاستثمار في البیئة كمطلب أساسي إلى جانب المطلبین الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للتنمیة المستدامة؛ ویطلق على هذا النوع بالاقتصاد الأخضر یهدف إلى الربط بین متطلبات تحقیق التنمیة وبین حمایة البیئة واستحداث المزید من الوظائف الخضراء التي من شأنها التخفیف من حدة الفقر في العدید من القطاعات. في هذا السیاق سارعت الجزائر كغیرها من الدول الى الانتقال الى الاقتصاد الأخضر ومحاولة تطویر جانب الطاقات المتجددة.
