الغاز الصخري في الجزائر بين المنافع والاضرار

Abstract

شهدت بدایة الألفیة الثانیة بوادر تغیر نوعي في مجال مصادر الطاقة العالمیة؛ ف برزت مؤشرات على حدوث تبدّل نسبي في المصادر الطاقة. وقد تعزز الحدیث عن "العصر الذهبي للغاز" مع انطلاق ما یمكن تسمیته بـ"ثورة الغاز الصخري" في الولایات المتحدة الأمیركیة، حیث أثارت هذه الثورة شكوكا حیال استقرار أسواق الغاز العالمیة. ولا یزال الغموض یكتنف الآثار الجیوسیاسیة خاصة وأن تلك الآثار ترتبط بخصائص السوق كالعرض والطلب والتكلفة والسعر، وفي هذا البحث سنُسلط الضوء حول آثار الغاز الصخري على اقتصاد الجزائر. The beginning of the second millennium saw the signs of a qualitative change in the field of global energy sources; where indications emerged on the relative change in the occurrence of a global favorite sources for energy. Talk about the "golden age of gas" has been enhanced with the launch of what might be called the "shale gas revolution" in the United States, especially during the first decade of the millennium, where this revolution has raised doubts about the stability of the global gas markets. Confusion still surrounds the geopolitical implications of this golden age, especially since these effects are related to the characteristics of the market Kalard and demand, cost and price. In this study we will shed light on the future effects of the shale gas revolution on the economie of Algeria.
