Abstract

تعيش المجتمعات حالياً عصرا من الانفجار المعرفي والتطور المتسارع، حيث يتأثر مسار وطبيعة التطور العام للدول والمجتمعات بالنمو السريع لمعدلات الاكتشافات العلمية والابتكارات التكنولوجية، والمدى الذي تستخدم به هذه المعارف بقصد تطوير أساليب الإنتاج وتحقيق المستوى الأمثل للأداء والتكيف مع الظروف المختلفة، هذا كله من نتاج العقل البشري الذي يتوصل إلى الإلكترونات الدقيقة والهندسة الحيوية، والكمبيوتر والذكاء الصناعي، وتوليد المعلومات حول كل شؤون الأفراد والمجتمعات الطبيعية، واختزان المعلومات واستيرادها وتوصيلها بسرعة متناهية، وهذا ما جعل بالدول إلى التسابق نحو امتلاك التكنولوجيا، ولو تطلب الأمر نقلها واسترادها من الدول التي تمتلكها وتتحكم فيها. Societies are living a boom in knowledge and rapid development. The nature and the way of the general development of nations and societies are affected by the highly increasing number of discoveries and technological inventions. It is, as well, related to the extent of how this knowledge is used in order to increase productivity and reach the best performance; as well as adapting to the various conditions. All that is a result of the human mind that could reach the electrons and bioengineering; computing and artificial intelligence and generating information on people’s matters and natural societies. The human mind could deal with storing, importing and transmitting information with high speed. This led countries to compete in order to own technology even if it meant transferring and importing it from other countries that own it and control it
