Abstract

ارتبط الاتحاد الأوروبي ومنذ بداية تأسيسه بمظاهر القوة المختلفة ومتعددة الأبعاد بين ما هو اقتصادي واجتماعي وثقافي وسياسي وحتى امني، أين اعتبرت هذه المنظمة الفوق قومية من ابرز التكتلات الناجحة والمؤثرة على مستوى النظام الدولي ،ويرجع الباحثون ذلك إلى أن هذا المشروع تبلور في بداياته من قبل المفكرون والفلاسفة ورجال القانون والحكماء ،أين كانت هذه النقطة بمثابة أهم عامل من عوامل نجاح هذه التجربة التكاملية ، إلا انه خلال الفترة الراهنة أصبح يعاني من بعض العراقيل والتحديات الداخلية التي أثرت على مستوى فعاليته مقارنة بفترات زمنية سابقة ، وهذا ما تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى رصده من خلال التعرض إلى أهم التحديات الداخلية التي ساهمت في تراجع قوة ومكانة الاتحاد الأوروبي

Since the beginning of its establishment, the European Union has been associated with different and multidimensional manifestations of power between what is economic, social, cultural, political and even security, where this supranational organization was considered one of the most successful and influential blocs at the level of the international system, and the researchers attributed this to the fact that this project crystallized in its beginnings by thinkers And philosophers, jurists and sages, where was this point as the most important factor in the success of this integrative experiment, but during the current period it has become suffering from some internal obstacles and challenges that affected its level of effectiveness compared to previous periods of time, and this is what this study seeks to monitor through Exposure to the most important internal challenges that contributed to the decline in the strength and position of the European Union.
