| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تطبيق أسلوب هندسة القيمة في إدارة المشروعات المختلفة نظرا لمساهمتها الفعالة في خلق القيمة المضافة، فهي أداة للتحليل الاستراتيجي للوظائف هدفها تحقيق الجودة وتخفيض التكاليف لتلبية رغبات العملاء وإرضائهم. كما تم الإشارة إلى تجربة المملكة العربية السعودية الناجحة في هذا المجال لتوضيح خصائصها The aim of this study is to highlight the importance of applying value engineering in the management of various projects due to their effective contribution to value creation. It is atool for strategic functions analysis aimed at achieving quality and reducing costs to meetthe wishes and satisfaction of customers. The successful experience of Saudi Arabia in this field was also mentioned to illustrate its characteristics. |
